What we collect

To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and phone number where you provide one. We also record what you ordered and when.

We collect basic analytics about how the site is used — pages viewed, device type, approximate region — to understand what is and is not working.

Payment information

We do not collect, process or store card numbers on our own servers. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider, who is responsible for their own security and compliance.

Why we use your data

Your information is used only to:

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the fulfilment partners and carriers who pack and deliver your order, and with our payment and email providers. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, for any purpose.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years where tax and accounting rules require it. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@freshexpr.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email — it works immediately and does not affect order-related emails.

Cookies

We use cookies and local browser storage to remember the contents of your cart between visits and to measure site performance. Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, until you place an order.
