Agreement

By placing an order on freshexpr.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can and photograph it honestly. Colours can appear slightly different between screens, and dimensions may vary within normal manufacturing tolerance.

Where a product listing contains an obvious error — a clearly wrong price, for example — we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than fulfil it at the erroneous price.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude import duties. The price charged is the price shown at the moment you place your order, even if the listing price changes afterwards.

An order is not accepted until payment has been confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where an item is unexpectedly unavailable, or where a delivery address cannot be served.

Warranty

Every product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Electrical products carry 24 months. The warranty covers failure in normal domestic use; it does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or ordinary wear.

To make a warranty claim, email support@freshexpr.com with your order number and photographs of the fault.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or copy our content for commercial use, or to attempt to interfere with its operation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the moment you place your order.
